8 • 12th Annual National Marina Day,
Last year’s participation was over a dozen marinas in California. National Marina Day was launched to promote the marina industry and its role in boating. This popular event has now merged with the efforts of Discover Boating to promote the entire marine industry and the boating lifestyle in one event. 20 - 23 • 10th Annual Progressive Insurance San Diego International Boat Show,
Sheraton Harbor Island, this year’s show projected to be 30% larger with more boats in the water and booth exhibits. The NMMA has new features at the show including hands-on center, and stand up paddle board demos. Also featured will be the famous Fred’s Shed along with a learn to dive pool. 4 • Suisun City Marina 4th of July Celebration,
A fun-filled day and fireworks events where the city of Suisun has stated that they are pulling out the stops in giving the public the best fireworks show seen to date.. Call 707.429.2628 to arrange slip space if you plan on going by boat.

 

4 • Enjoy the Bay Fireworks onboard the Aircraft Carrier USS Hornet,
This is a yearly fundraiser/celebration. Family fun in all the hanger bays and the flight deck. Enjoy the festivities during the day with music, carnival games, tours, food & drink and then the Bay’s fireworks later that evening. 11 a.m. - 10. p.m., $20 adults, ($25 at door), $10 youths. 4 • Pier 39 4th of July Celebration,
