RiverPoint Landing Announces Staff Titles and Makes Additions

It is an honor to announce that Danny Cuthbert is now officially RiverPoint Landing’s harbormaster. In this role, he is responsible for assignment of slips, storage sheds and RV spaces. He will also manage all relationships with our members and RV guests. An important additional duty is coordination of myriad contacts with all federal, state and local governmental agencies. You may know Danny already, as he has been a RiverPoint team member since 2019. But if you don’t, maybe stop in and give him a nice hello.

Frank Boggs has been the lead maintenance person for nearly two years; RiverPoint Landing is now officially recognizing his appointment. The marina’s considerable large area and facilities, along with the maintenance staff are under his supervision. Frank has seven years of service with us, and though you may see him, it may only be for short periods as he is always on the move taking care of all the behind-the-scenes items most berthers take for granted. A wave and hello of recognition goes a long way.

“Danny and Frank will share operations management 50-50. Danny will focus mostly on the inside duties, while Frank continues to oversee maintenance of our docks, buildings, grounds and equipment,” states Richard Dunn, owner of RiverPoint. What a concept and way to make everyday operations go smooth where one will assume the other’s job any time they are absent or off property, including scheduled days off.

Three additional staff have also recently joined our team: Kandi Lo came aboard in March 2021, as RiverPoint’s new guest service coordinator. She assists customers and guests with sign-ups and reservations, and fields all questions about the facilities, the Delta and Stockton. Lo attended schools in Stockton, and graduated from Fresno State summa cum laude. She majored in linguistics, and has already proven to be the friendly face when greeting new and longtime tenants.

John Krivokopich joined the marina in April 2021 as a maintenance assistant, and has quickly picked up most of the requirements for helping to keep the operations running smoothly. Krivokopich has lived in Stockton for over 25 years. He will answer to John K if you do not wish to tackle his full last name should you run across him in his duties.

Austin Hardin joined the team in May of this year. He is learning marina maintenance duties, and will be assigned to weekends throughout the summer. He went to school in Sutter Hill, CA, and currently resides in Acampo.

Drew Sheppard rounds out the grounds crew. After rejoining the marina part-time last summer, he was promoted to full-time status in January 2021.

Here at Bay & Delta Yachtsman we are very happy to publish the info Dunn has provided. Although we know most, we are looking forward to meeting all of those mentioned. We hope you get the chance to as well.
