Letters – by Our Readers

Letters

Hello Chuck,

I want to thank you for taking the time to write about your boating adventures into and around Petaluma. More so, I wish to thank you for giving us here at Bay and Delta Yachtsman the privilege to share your thoughts with our loyal readership. Over the years, we have had many tell their tales of adventure, love of boating, deliveries of new vessels and at times even a hardship or two. It is a great way I believe, to reflect and show your admiration for something that all of us may take for granted from time to time. The voyages to destinations (known and unknown) can be some of the most memorable times, and I feel we cannot share enough of others’ explorations. I hope our readers find your piece as entertaining as I did.

Sincerely,
Ty

Hey Ty,

Ever since I first sailed my El Toro across the water as a teenager, I have felt profound joy when I am on a boat. For those of us who love being on the water it doesn’t matter if it is power or sail, the experience is real and I am glad to share my adventures with others.

This is the first time I have ever written for a publication about my boating experiences and I have found it to be a lot of fun. Thank you to everyone at Bay and Delta Yachtsman for their interest, and I urge other readers to pick up a pen and share their stories.

See you on the water.
Chuck Artigues
